Our settings are all made by our master jewellers. We are fortunate enough to have our own workshop where we cast and hand finish all our settings. This means they exude quality and luxury.
Delivery & Timing
Our process allows for a fast turnaround time if that’s something that is important to you. We are able to complete your custom piece within as little as 2-3 weeks. We offer in studio pick up or secure delivery by courier door to door.
Ring Sizing
We do need to know the ring size in order to make your ring, however we offer 1 complimentary ring re-sizing within the first 6 months of purchase.

Payment Options
We get that this is one of life’s biggest purchases and it can put a strain on the finances, so we want to help make this part stress free. We take all major credit cards as well as direct debit payment.
We offer a variety of payment options:
- 50% upfront and 50% on delivery (standard way to pay)
- Payments split over 3 or 6 months (lay-by)
- Afterpay for settings up to $200
Returns & Warranty
Returns
You have two weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring if you believe it has a major problem or is significantly different to what you asked for. We reserve the right to assess the condition of your product prior to offering a refund or exchange. You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you have simply changed your mind.
Warranty
Deltora Diamonds offers a complimentary lifetime manufacturer warranty on all Bespoke pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. One of our team members will assess it and if the damage has been caused by a manufacturing defect, we’ll notify you and let you know if repair services are available at a cost or otherwise.
